Miss the 1999-2004 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning? Fear not, Callaway now has your answer in the form of the Callaway Silverado. The tuning house will happily take any run-of-the-mill Chevrolet Silverado equipped with either the 5.3-liter or 6.2-liter V-8 and slap on a supercharger for you.

To increase performance, Callaway added a Roots-style Eaton TVS supercharger to the Silverado’s V-8 with a liquid-to-air intercooler, revised fuel injectors, a high-flow intake system, and a low-restriction exhaust. Total power numbers come to 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque for the smaller V-8, and 540 horsepower and 522 pound-feet for the 6.2-liter. That is an additional 135 and 137 horsepower over the stock V-8s, respectively. Callaway also claims that even with the extra power, there will be no penalty on fuel economy.

Cosmetic upgrades are minor with Callaway badging on the exterior and embroidered headrests and floormats inside. Options include chrome detailing ($1100), a sport-tuned suspension kit, nine-spoke alloy wheels with performance tires, and a Le Mans GT brake package  although no pricing has been announced yet for any of the standalone performance upgrades.

All of this can be yours for the price of $15,995, on top of the price of a new Silverado; the least expensive model Callaway will use its forced-induction magic on is the $23,590 (including destination) Silverado WT with the optional 5.3-liter V-8. Callaway will do the modifications on any GMT-900 truck with either the 5.3-liter or 6.2-liter V-8, including the Avalanche, Tahoe, Silverado 1500, Silverado 2500 HD, and Suburban.
