BMW 328 Hommage Design
The driver-focused and spartan interior is another display of lightweight composite material accented with butterscotch-colored leather seats and brushed aluminum trim. Passengers are secured in the door-less cockpit by four-point seatbelts.
To help celebrate the 75th birthday of the BMW 328 racecar, BMW has just released the appropriately named BMW 328 Hommage concept a stunning and modern interpretation of the original. The 328 Hommage is making its first appearance at this weekend’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este near the Mille Miglia, a location with significant and historical ties to the legendary 328 racecar.

The open-air concept is BMW’s latest Hommage creation. Back in 2008, the automaker created the M1 Hommage as a tribute to the M1 supercar that debuted more than 30 years ago. Since official plans to produce the M1 Hommage have yet to materialize, its unlikely we will see production.
